In Pay
  • Home daily
  • Hourly pay
  • 45-65 hours/week.
  • Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday work
  • Bonus and Additional Pay
  • Orientation pay: $11.00/hr
  • Quarterly performance bonus 1 cent per mile or $150 - whichever is greater.
  • $750 referral bonus for each applicant hired - $250 after applicant is hired and $500 after completion of 90 days (Referral bonus paid only for drivers hired as Full Time OTR, Midwest Regional, or Texas Regional Long Haul drivers.)
  • Retention Bonus - Paid the following after continuous full time employment: 3 years - $500, 4 years - $750, 5 years - $1000

  • Vacation pay is 1 week average wage after 1 year, and 2 weeks average wage after 5 years CONTINUOUS employment.
  • Major medical, health, life, dental, & vision insurance available after 60 days of continuous FULL TIME employment. Coverage begins on the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment. Current Single coverage cost = $38.08/week, Family coverage cost = $113.08/week.
  • 401K plan available immediately. Existing 401K plans can be rolled over on the 1st day of employment.
  • No passenger policy for this division. We DO NOT allow minor children in company owned vehicles.

  • Age 23 or older.
  • Can legally work in the US or Canada.
  • Can speak, read, and write in English.
  • 6 months Tractor-Trailer driving experience.
  • No more than 6 months gap in the last 3 years, no more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months.
  • No drug or alcohol violations in the last 5 years.
  • No serious CDL moving violations in the last year.
  • No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the last 3 years, no more than 3 MVR violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
